Aerothermodynamics and Hypersonics (EAH)

This division studies hypersonic regimes for aerospace applications. In specially designed facilities (Prof Henry T. Nagamatsu Laboratory and Zarabatana Shock Tunnel), pulsed hypersonic wind tunnels and a hypersonic mass accelerator are used for simulating high atmosphere flights.
